The Brief:
Our brief from a Global Marketing Agency for this project was to design a flexible solution to enable employees to collaborate effectively, wirelessly present and video conference using multiple platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex and more.

Our client was very keen on the idea of wireless connectivity and conferencing. Throughout the years they have has numerous issues with cables breaking or going missing. After successful demonstrations, the client was very impressed with Barco Clickshare’s premium products throughout the CX range. This provided them with a wireless conference system designed to facilitate their requirements. Allowing users to participate in completely wireless and productive conferences while also being able to deliver presentations in full HD without hassle caused by cables, connectivity or location.
Dependent on the meeting room size, we paired this with Logitech’s Rally bar systems or all in one conference cam for smaller rooms.

The key to this project was understanding the importance of their requirements and ensuring flexibility throughout the workplace was met. We understood the challenges the client was facing and catered the solution to fit their needs. Some of the rooms were quite acoustically challenging so it was important to consider the audio quality with the spaces. We are very happy with the end result and the client is able to start moving employees back to the office.
