Our project managers therefore take their responsibilities seriously and it is their job to communicate with suppliers, installers, programmers, consultants and all the relevant parties to enable your installation to be carried out seamlessly and with minimal disruption to your business.
Whatever the size of your project, you will be supported by a dedicated project manager who will be your main point of contact. Your PM will produce a clear roadmap for the whole project ensuring that all the elements are completed on time.
Your designated project manager will undertake regular site visits to check on progress, deal with any issues that may have arisen, and make sure everything is on schedule.
We will provide a weekly progress report, which means you are always kept fully informed. If you have any questions or have any issues that need resolving, your project manager will always be on hand to help.
