Companies such as Crestron, Sennheiser, Barco, LG, Samsung, Shure, Yealink, Poly, and Logitech demonstrated their wide range of solutions, designed to enhance collaboration, communication, and audiovisual experiences.

Crestron: Expanding Wireless Presentation for Seamless Meetings

Crestron unveiled the AirMedia® Connect Endpoint (AM-TX3-200), an evolution of their plug-and-play wireless presentation technology. Building on the success of the AirMedia® Connect Adaptor (AM-TX3-100), this new solution enhances connectivity options, making it even easier for meeting participants to share content seamlessly.

The AirMedia Connect Endpoint supports multiple connection methods—wired or wireless—allowing users to present via the AirMedia application, native screen-sharing protocols, or an AirMedia Connect device. It offers USB-C® and HDMI® + USB-A connectivity, eliminating the need for complex network configurations or additional software. Its compact form factor is designed for versatility. It allows discreet placement in podiums or under tables, while flexible power options—PoE, DC, or USB-C—ensure seamless integration into any meeting space.

This latest addition to Crestron’s AirMedia family reflects their ongoing commitment to delivering effortless, scalable presentation solutions that enhance collaboration in modern workspaces.

Sennheiser: Elevating Conferencing with Crystal-Clear Audio

Sennheiser introduced the TeamConnect Bar S and M, all-in-one conferencing devices that set new standards in their class. These devices offer seamless integration and high-quality audio, making them ideal for diverse meeting spaces. Additionally, the TeamConnect Ceiling Medium (TCC M) microphone, known for its award-winning design and advanced features like automatic dynamic beamforming and TruVoicelift, was demonstrated live, highlighting its capability to deliver clear and consistent audio in rooms of various sizes.

Barco: Optimising BYOD Meeting Spaces with Smart Visuals 

Barco unveiled significant advancements to its ClickShare platform, aiming to optimise Bring Your Device (BYOD) meeting spaces and enhance integration with Microsoft Teams. These innovations are designed to provide a seamless and personalised experience for meeting participants, regardless of the room setup. 

Barco’s collaboration with Microsoft has led to the incorporation of several key features into ClickShare’s workflows, including:

  • Automatic Peripheral Selection: Upon initiating a Teams meeting, ClickShare automatically selects the room’s camera and audio systems, ensuring optimised visuals and sound for in-room participants. 
  • Speaker Recognition: This feature lets participants track who said what during meetings, facilitating accurate recaps and task assignments generated by Microsoft’s Copilot. 
  • Optimised Shared Display: The Teams meeting window on the in-room screen provides a cohesive visual experience for all attendees. ​
  • Suppressed Voice Isolation: Adjustments to voice isolation settings ensure that remote attendees hear in-room participants clearly. 

LG: AI-Driven LED Displays for Engaging Visual Experiences

LG delivered a stunning showcase of LED technology, including an innovative AI-powered image transformation experience. Visitors to LG’s booth could take photos using their smartphones, which were then transformed into pop art images by advanced AI algorithms. These vibrant images were showcased on LG’s kinetic LED display, creating a personalised and immersive visual experience. 

Shure: Simplifying Premium Audio with IntelliMix Room Kits 

Shure unveiled its new IntelliMix Room Kits, designed to simplify the deployment of premium audio solutions in meeting spaces. These kits integrate Shure’s IntelliMix Room software DSP with hardware components, offering a streamlined setup for various room sizes. Shure’s IntelliMix Room Kits aim to provide consistent and high-quality audio experiences, addressing the growing demand for reliable conferencing solutions in modern workplaces. 

Yealink: Smarter Hybrid Meetings with AI-Powered Video Solutions

Yealink continued to enhance the hybrid workspace with its intelligent video solutions. Their systems, certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, capture every word and movement, providing an immersive experience for all participants. 

HP | Poly: Future-proofing Hybrid Work with Advanced Video Solutions 

HP | Poly unveiled innovative collaboration tools designed to enhance hybrid work environments. Key among these is the Poly Studio V12 USB Video Bar, a compact solution for small meeting rooms. This device delivers enterprise-grade audio and video capabilities, featuring advanced technologies like NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence to eliminate background noise, and a 20-megapixel camera for clear visuals. It integrates seamlessly with platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet, offering flexible setup options via USB connectivity and multiple power sources. Notably, the Poly Studio V12 is constructed with sustainability, incorporating at least 50% recycled plastic and eco-friendly packaging. 

Expanding their portfolio, Poly introduced the Poly Studio V-Series premium USB videobars, the Poly Studio X-Series all-in-one video bars, the Studio-G Series modular videoconferencing solutions, and the Poly Studio E360 center-of-table companion camera. The Studio X-Series and Studio G-Series are compatible with major videoconferencing platforms, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Google Meet, and are set to migrate to Android 13 on the enhanced Poly VideoOS platform. All next-generation Poly Studio devices can be managed centrally via Poly Lens, streamlining device oversight for IT teams.

Logitech: Redefining Workplace Efficiency with Smart Collaboration Tools

Logitech unveiled a range of cutting-edge technologies designed to enhance workplace efficiency, sustainability, and user experience, including: 

  • Rally Board 65

Logitech introduced the Rally Board 65, a mobile all-in-one video conferencing solution tailored to open and traditional workspaces. Featuring a 65-inch display equipped with advanced video and audio intelligence, this device offers flexibility and simplicity. Its design allows users to reposition the board quickly and adjust the camera placement to suit various room configurations, enhancing adaptability in dynamic work environments.

  • Logitech Spot

The company also showcased Logitech Spot, a modern sensing device that detects space occupancy to automate meeting room reservations. Additionally, it monitors environmental conditions, providing actionable insights to improve workplace well-being and reduce energy costs. This three-in-one radar-based occupancy and environmental sensor promotes more efficient and healthier room environments.

Samsung: Leading the Future of AI-Powered Sustainable Signage

Samsung showcased groundbreaking signage solutions seamlessly blending artificial intelligence (AI) innovation with sustainability. One of the standout introductions was the Samsung Color E-Paper (EMDX model). This energy-efficient display utilises vibrant digital ink technology, presenting vivid, high-intensity colors in a slim and lightweight form.  Samsung’s transparent MICRO LED display seamlessly integrates digital content with real-world environments. It’s crystal-clear, glass-like design and high resolution create a captivating viewing experience, making it ideal for various applications, from retail displays to interactive installations. Samsung also unveiled its 2025 Interactive Display (WAFX-P model), powered by Android OS 15 and enhanced with new AI capabilities. Features like Circle to Search, enabling users to search for images or translate text directly on-screen, and AI Summary, which automatically generates concise recaps of lectures or meetings, are set to transform educational and collaborative environments. Samsung’s The Wall series demonstrated its versatility in command and control settings, providing expansive, high-resolution displays for real-time monitoring and decision-making.
