For the divisible meeting room, we recommended dual 75” and dual 86” displays for simultaneous data and video collaboration, delivering a more inclusive environment for meeting participants. In each meeting space, we installed a Logitech Rally System for Teams, enabling a Team-certified video experience for users. At the same time, Biamp ceiling microphones and pendant ceiling speakers delivered crystal-clear audio. The audio and video solution also delivered a superior experience for those accessing meetings remotely. We also deployed a Logitech Swytch to provide a BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting) laptop link through a single USB connection and Barco Clickshare, delivering instant sharing between device and display at the click of a button.

In meeting room B, we also installed a Biamp control pad for simple switching between active microphones and enhanced audio zones. A Biamp Tesira conference room solution delivered high-quality audio and video processing when the two meeting rooms were transformed into one larger meeting space. The addition of a rack housing a Sennheiser wireless microphone system ensures that the speaker is always clearly heard, no matter where they are in the room. This multi-purpose space also included flexible seating with foldaway tables, so additional workspace could be added when required.

We installed Clevertouch room booking systems for every meeting room to manage meeting space demand and monitor usage.

In addition to the main, divisible meeting rooms, we also upgraded the company boardroom and additional, smaller meeting rooms with a dual display solution as well as Logitech Rally Teams System combined with Barco Clickshare for wireless content sharing and Logitech Swytch for instant connectivity, delivering a BYOM solution that is intuitive for teams to use. Huddle spaces were enabled for video with single 43” displays partnered with a Logitech MeetUp collaboration solution with a USB-C laptop dock.

We also enabled an open space area for Town Hall addresses, delivering a Sony projector with a 116” electric projector screen so in-room participants could see on-screen content clearly. At the same time, Biamp speakers and ceiling microphones enhanced the audio experience for all. A Barco Clickshare wireless sharing device enabled presenters to quickly share content and keep important All Hands addresses running smoothly. In the staff canteen, 55” LG displays were partnered with a digital signage player to keep employees updated with key company information.
