The Brief:
Our client, a leading expert in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) banking with over 35 years of experience and offices worldwide, was looking to deploy hybrid working tools that delivered a more immersive experience for their staff as part of an office move in Central London.
After reviewing working patterns and in-person versus remote meeting needs, the client recognised the importance of investing in meeting spaces that delivered the best audio and video experience for their employees and clients and with global clients spanning the media, marketing and IT sectors.
One of the project’s critical success factors was to invest in technology that delivered the best possible experience, regardless of whether the meeting participant was in the same room or joining the meeting from the other side of the world.
With multiple meeting rooms, an executive Boardroom, small breakout spaces that needed to be enabled for ad-hoc video meetings and open areas for small, local huddles, Lewcon AV wanted to design solutions that were easy to adopt across the organisation but also delivered a superior experience that was also future-proofed to meet the changing demands of the client and their customers.
