The Brief:
Lewcon AV have had a long-standing partnership with a global IT client to supply and manage all their AV requirements across all European office locations including a technology refurb at their office space in Appold Street, London. Lewcon are also responsible for AV solutions across multiple European locations including Krakow, Lisbon, Dublin, Munich and Milan.

The client was looking to upgrade their existing meeting spaces, boardroom and reception area with solutions that were simple to use and provided a wow moment for their staff and clients.
Lewcon conducted an initial site survey alongside the client to assess what they were trying to achieve and propose the best solutions to meet their objectives. In the boardroom, the client wanted to create an experience where every presentation could be easily seen, and every voice clearly heard. Lewcon recommended a 98” LED display from LG for an incredible viewing experience that made screen content pop. Video conferencing in the boardroom was enabled by selecting a Logitech MeetUp camera solution. The acoustics in the room were significantly improved through ceiling microphones, audio DSP and ceiling speakers while a Dual Shure Microphone system provided voice reinforcement.
Lewcon also updated the technology in fourteen meeting rooms, enabling them for a range of activities from basic web conferencing to fully comprehensive video collaboration rooms using Polycom Trio solution featuring direct HDMI presentation facilities.
In addition to the meeting room estate, Lewcon also transformed the open spaces within the building including a state-of-the-art visual solution installed into the main reception featuring an LED display showcasing content delivered through digital signage and a dual projection system designed to showcase content in a busy throughway within the office for presentation and signage purposes.
