The client has been a long-standing customer of Lewcon AV. When they decided to move into a new global HQ based in London, they approached us to help them define, specify, and deploy technology solutions that were aesthetically eye-catching but was easily adopted throughout the organisation.

Utlising Microsoft Teams and wanted to find a way to extend the Teams experience into their meetings on personal devices. Lewcon helped Suse define their Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) strategy, enabling users to simply walk into a meeting room, connect their device and get meeting started with minimal effort.

Logitech’s comprehensive range of video collaboration solutions brought video to every meeting space, from small huddle rooms to large conference suites, while Avocor interactive displays allowed for group annotation using applications such as Microsoft Whiteboard directly from the display.

In smaller meeting rooms, LG displays and Barco ClickShare devices delivered a wireless sharing solution to take content from personal devices to meeting room screens with one-click.

Room booking systems were installed outside every meeting space to ensure that meeting room occupancy was monitored, reducing ghost meetings.

A 4×2 LED video wall brought stunning image quality for key marketing messages into the reception area to provide a wow factor.

Content was delivered via a digital signage player from market leaders BrightSign, combined with a LED Ticker to show the latest stock market information.
